State given 21 days to identify right accused in murder case

THE High Court in Suva has given the State 21 days to identify who from two men with the same name is charged with last year’s murder of a young man at the Fiji Development Bank car park in Suva.
The court learnt of the confusion when the case of the alleged murder of Akuila Salavuki was called on Thursday.
A Saula Temo is alleged to have hit the deceased on the head with a piece of timber resulting in his death.
