A SATURDAY with a difference for members of the New Zion Kids Club who sacrificed their activities to be with needy families in Labasa.

The 10 families of Bouma squatter settlement received bags of clothes, which were collected by the children and their families.

Club leader Vane Irvine described the visit as an opportunity to visit the families and share the Word of God and His unending love.

“These children collected clothes with their families and we decided to give it to families who needed clothes,” Ms Irvine said.

“In doing this, we also prayed with the families and our children led the prayers and we shared the Word of God and His love assuring families that God will never forsake us.”
